VoiceMind Tech Public Offer

This page outlines the public terms for using VoiceMind Tech: who provides the services, how subscriptions and credits work, where to contact us about payments, and when refunds may be reviewed.

1. General

By using VoiceMind Tech (web app, Telegram/Discord/VK bots, API) or topping up the balance, the User accepts this Public Offer.

The services are provided through VoiceMind Tech and related domains: voicemind.tech, voicemind.online, voicemind.art, and voicemind.dev.

2. Services

• Text interaction with AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, etc.).
• Generation of images, video and audio.
• TTS and STT, translation, search, analysis and other functions.

Services are provided using internal credits (Φ).

3. Account

Unified Sign‑On may be used across channels (Telegram / VK / Discord / WebApp).

4. Subscription

A VoiceMind subscription opens access to the selected plan for the paid period shown at checkout. Access starts after payment confirmation and remains active until the end of that paid period.

If a specific payment method supports auto-renewal, consent for recurring charges is requested separately at checkout or in the service interface. After disabling such renewal, access remains active until the end of the already paid period.

5. Credits (Φ)

Credits are an internal unit and not a currency or e‑money.

Credits are not user-owned property, do not create a payment claim against the seller, cannot be redeemed for cash, and have no standalone real-world or market value outside the Service.

One credit equals the cost of compute for a request (LLM, TTS, STT, Image, Video). The source of credit accrual and validity period are shown in the service interface.

Bonus and promo credits are non-refundable.

6. Payments, refunds, and cancellation

Subscription and credit prices are shown on the public pricing page and in the product interface at the moment of purchase.

Refunds for an already started subscription period are not provided, except when the service could not be used due to a documented failure on the provider side.

Refunds for paid credits may only be reviewed in case of a documented platform fault or service unavailability caused by the provider. Refund requests are reviewed within 14 business days after receiving the request and supporting details.

7. Privacy and liability

VoiceMind Tech processes only the minimum data required for account access, billing, support, and service quality analytics. Data deletion can be requested through support unless retention is required by law or by already completed financial records.

AI-generated results are provided as generated and may contain inaccuracies. The user is responsible for evaluating and using them.
